KIDS LOVE THEME PARTIES
MOST OF US ARE KIDS AT HEART.
When it comes to parties - especially kids'birthday parties it is always nice to have a theme.
Depending on the child's age, gender and of course their peferences it is quite easy to follow a theme.
Kids often get their ideas from TV although older ones also search the internet to find something that they find interesting.
There are also quite a few options of what method should be used to create a cake pf their liking.
Tray cakes are very popular - ecpecially with younger ones as they often find a double layer slice a bit too much to eat. Single layer tray cakes with a printed design are very popular. That way it is easy to find a picture that they like and simply print it on edible paper with edible ink. If you don't have a printer for that, there are always places who will do the printing at a fee.
Another great option for an easy to make cake is using cupcakes to form a design. Most people love cupcakes - even the adults and there are many designs suitable for adults and kids alike be it male or female.
Then we have the fancy 2 or 3 tier cakes. These need a lot of work and skill to perfect but well worth it when the end product is admired by all.
For wedding cakes the options are also endless. The type of cake varies according to taste. Gone are the days when aeveryone had fruit cake for weddings. In my opinion it is still a great choice as the cake can be kept for a long time. I know people who have kept the smallest tier for their 1st wedding anniversary and it holds special memories of that special day in their lives.
For weddings dummy cakes are also an option. If you are having fruit cake it is nice cutting into blocks and covering with cling wrap. The thank you card can be attatched to this ahead of time, saving the time of cutting the cake.
