We are always on the lookout for ways to make life easier for our customers.

I know that there are many people who like baking their own cookies, but there just isn't time to mix their own dough.

First all the ingredients must be collected Only to sometimes find that there is something you don't have. That means either run to the store and buy the ingredient, or leave the cookies.

Once everything is collected they have to be measure off or weighed.
Only then can you start mixing.

When the cookies are rolled out, cut out with cookie cutters and in the oven then comes the cleaning.

You have used several dishes for measuring off and mixing.

Let us cut out all this work - we have ready to bake sugar cookie dough in 500gram rolls. These can be kept in the freezer until you need to use them. Allow them to thaw and roll them out, cur out your shapes and bake. As easy as that.

If you don't feel like rolling out and cutting the shapes, that can also be overcome. When your roll of gough is still quite hard you can slice it with a nice sharp knife into rounds. You can bake them as they are or you could spruce them up a bit.

Here are some ideas for you.

Before aking them.....

1. Place a chocolate chip in the centre.
2. Place a smartie in the centre.
3. Sprinkle a little sugar on (Vloured sugar looks great especially if you use 2 different colours
4.Sprinkle hundreds and thousands or coloured sprinkles on.
5. Cut a hole in the centre of every second cookie. When baked, put together one with and one without a hole with jam or icing. Put extra jam in the hole. - caramel condensed milk, peanut butter and chocolate spred also works well.
